Here’s a selection of sweet photos from the opening day of the North Hatley Spring Mixed Bonspiel. I had planned to be there, but was in bed all day sick – boo hoo – but was glad to learn there was a great turnout and everyone seemed to have had a grand time.

The North Hatley Spring Mixed Bonspiel starts / commence dimanche le 26 mars / Sunday March 26 with games at 10:00 and 13:00 and sugar on snow somewhere in between (around 12 noon).

Sunday’s teams are / ces equipes jouent dimanche:

McPherson (Sutton)
Bernier (Lennoxville)
McKinvin (North Hatley)
Smith (North Hatley)

Hello;   Our last full Friday supper is tomorrow, there is a Spaghetti nite and our finger food nite + semi annual meeting to follow.

This  Friday begins with Curling as usual, followed by the cocktail hour at 5:00 and dinner around 6 pm.  The meal is a mild

Sechwan style of pork filet, with Ratatouille and Salad.  Hope to see you there, and hope you enjoy my cooking.

Bonjour / Hey everyone,

Celebrate St Patrick’s day with roast beef, fluffy green potatoes, and creamed carrots whipped up by new members Heather and Phil Beale and supervised by (so he says) Russell Little.

It all happens as usual after the senior curling (3:00 pm – 5:00); cocktails from 5 pm and dinner at 6. See you there. (I wonder if there’ll be green beer…?)
